UW-Madison’s common reading program is seeking submissions for the 2020-21 year. Once again, the theme is “contemporary issues” — topics such as technology, climate change, health care, or any other issue that’s spurring conversation.
Time-to-degree improves again, setting record
The average time to complete their degree for 2018-19 bachelor’s degree recipients was 3.96 elapsed calendar years, the lowest since the university began actively tracking the measure in the 1980s and the first time the number has dropped below four years.
