UW-Madison prepares for major snowstorm

As the University of Wisconsin–Madison enters the last days of final exams, the campus is preparing for a major snowstorm forecast to arrive on Thursday evening and linger into Friday morning, bringing with it up to a foot of snow. This storm has the potential to change the schedule of final exams. According to the National Weather Service, heavy snow and widespread blowing snow are expected.

Bucky Bus back for 2008

The Bucky Bus shuttle will again operate this season for all home football games. The Athletic Department reached an agreement for shuttle service with Kobussen Buses Ltd. of Sun Prairie. Service will include approximately 17 full-size buses from lots 60/76 near the UW Hospital and 10 full-size buses from the downtown Madison parking ramps.
