TTC Project goes into effect in fall 2021
The Title and Total Compensation (TTC) Project will re-engage campus to implement the new job title structure in the fall of 2021. As part of the project, employees will continue conversations with their manager or human resources department to confirm their job title and position description. Some employees may have had conversations in each school, college, and division. All conversations will be complete by early fall. Over the last several months, the project has matched job titles to the market, developed a new salary structure, collaborated with the human resources community and begun to re-engage shared governance partners.
