Badgers athletes take time to say thanks
More than 230 student-athletes representing the majority of the 23 UW athletic teams volunteered their time last week to call more than 5,400 randomly selected donors nationwide to thank them for their financial support of Wisconsin Athletics. Bucky Bus back for 2008
The Bucky Bus shuttle will again operate this season for all home football games. The Athletic Department reached an agreement for shuttle service with Kobussen Buses Ltd. of Sun Prairie. Service will include approximately 17 full-size buses from lots 60/76 near the UW Hospital and 10 full-size buses from the downtown Madison parking ramps.
Big Ten Network, Charter come to agreement
Charter Communications, Inc. and the Big Ten Network have reached an agreement-in-principle on terms of a multi-year distribution agreement in which Charter will carry the Big Ten Network and related programming throughout the Big Ten territory, including its systems in Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Northern Illinois.
