Campus Plan 2008 forum set for Sept. 29
September 12, 2005Students, faculty and staff are invited to spend Thursday, Sept. 29 and Thursday, Nov. 3 discussing ideas and inspiration for UW–Madison's efforts to improve diversity and campus climate. The sixth annual Plan 2008 Campus Forum will be held over two days, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Memorial Union (TITU). All sessions are free and the entire Madison community is invited.
Badger fans help raise nearly $60,000 for hurricane victims
September 6, 2005Badger football fans helped raise $59,478.54 for American Red Cross hurricane relief efforts during the Bowling Green game on Saturday, Sept 3. In addition to monetary contributions, UW–Madison is opening its doors to help students enrolled at universities closed by the hurricane.

'We want to do everything in our power to assist families - especially Wisconsin families - as they cope with the horrible damage caused by this natural disaster,' says Chancellor John D. Wiley.
Hurricane relief effort announced for Saturday at Camp Randall Stadium
September 2, 2005Badger football fans will have an opportunity to share their generous spirit in support of people affected by Hurricane Katrina. Fans can make monetary donations to the American Red Cross at Camp Randall Stadium before the season-opener against Bowling Green on Saturday, Sept 3.
