Arts Enterprise Symposium begins this weekend

January 29, 2009

The first-ever University of Wisconsin–Madison Arts Enterprise Symposium will help aspiring arts professionals find their place in a world of information about arts careers.

The symposium will be held Friday through Sunday in the Pyle Center, 702 Langdon Street. Regardless of artistic discipline, artists are invited to attend the event for inspiration and guidance. Personal mentoring by arts professionals will be available to symposium attendees, and locally and nationally known speakers will be on hand to lead interactive workshops, offer useful tools and share inspirational success stories.

Advance registration is required. As a special incentive, UW–Madison students can attend the entire symposium for only $10.
