WAA seeks nominations for Distinguished Alumni Awards

The Wisconsin Alumni Association (WAA) welcomes nominations for the 2010 Distinguished Alumni Award, the association’s top honor.

The Distinguished Alumni Award is given to UW–Madison graduates to recognize outstanding achievements in professional or volunteer service. WAA has been presenting the awards since 1936.

Nominees must be alumni of UW–Madison, have demonstrated service to the university through its alumni organizations, academic divisions or committees, and achieved prominence in his or her field.

WAA will honor the recipients in April at its 74th annual awards program in Madison.
