UW-Madison provides assistance for flood-impacted students

UW-Madison students who have been impacted by recent Midwest flooding, tornadoes and storms are encouraged to call the Offices of the Dean of Students for assistance with a wide range of academic and student life issues.

“We’re deeply concerned for all of our students here in Wisconsin, Iowa and across the Midwest who have suffered as a result of this situation,” says Dean of Students Lori Berquam. “Our thoughts are with you and your families, and we want to do everything we can to make your life easier during this difficult time.”

If you are a UW–Madison student in of need assistance with summer session class accommodations, crisis loans, books or any other help, call the Offices of the Dean of Students (ODOS) at (608) 263-5700 and ask for the Dean On Call.

UW-Madison Chancellor John Wiley has been in contact with University of Iowa President Sally Mason offering to provide whatever assistance possible to the hard-hit Iowa City campus.
