Updated site offers milk-quality resources

May 7, 2003

Wisconsin dairy producers and milk quality professionals will benefit from an upgrade to the “World’s Best Milk Quality Web Site,” says Pamela L. Ruegg, extension milk quality specialist, Department of Dairy Science.

The Web site, http://www.uwex.edu/milkquality, provides producers, professionals, students and UW-Extension agents with easy access to a wide range of information.

Site visitors will find a home page that highlights new or useful topics in the area of milk-quality. Additions to the site, developments in milk-quality issues, recent research, new milk-quality educational programs and other news are listed on the home page.

For information, contact Sevie Kenyon, extension outreach specialist, Milk Quality and Safety, Department of Dairy Science, (866) 867-6455, skenyon@wisc.edu.
