The Badgers are back in town

The UW–Madison campus looked a little more vibrant as students returned for the start of a multiday residence hall move-in.

They’re baaaack! New and returning students filled the parking lots, elevators and hallways of UW–Madison’s residence halls during early move-in on Wednesday, Aug. 26. Thousands of students are expected to move into their new homes over the next few days, bringing a certain energy back to our ever-evolving campus. With red carts in tow and help from University Housing student employees (and even some playful distractions from one beloved mascot), Badgers are back where they belong.
