Regent President Falbo: Ray Cross to speak on live stream Friday

In his current position as Chancellor of UW Colleges and UW-Extension, Dr. Cross is both well-known and highly regarded for his steadfast commitment to expanding quality public higher education opportunities, facing challenges head-on.
