Participate in implementing the IT Strategic PlanFramework
Shortly after the publication of the new Campus Strategic Framework, Ron Kraemer, CIO and vice provost for information technology, released a draft of the IT Strategic Plan Framework. The plan highlights approximately 25 strategic priorities for improving campus IT services and infrastructure.
The campus is invited to help further develop specific segments of the plan. This could include individuals, groups or departments who are interested in leading one of the many initiatives that flow from these priorities or who would simply like to participate on a work team for one of the initiatives. A number of groups have already been approached to lead specific parts of the plan, but there are still many opportunities for campus involvement.
To express interest in participating, review the IT Strategic Plan Framework and complete the web survey.
The CIO office will follow up with individuals and groups who’ve expressed an interest with additional details, including roles, timelines, available support documents and other next steps.
