Free, anonymous HIV testing offered by UHS

June 25, 2003 By Jonathan Zarov

On Friday, June 27, the community is invited to get a free, anonymous HIV test at Memorial Union from 10 a.m. to 2 pm. The service is sponsored by University Health Services (UHS). All tests are done with the Orasure Test, using a swab placed in the mouth for three minutes. Results will be available at UHS one week from the testing day, by appointment.

UW–Madison students and the community at large may also be seen and tested, by appointment, at the UHS Blue Bus Clinic, 1552 University Avenue. Blue Bus provides screening, diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) for the campus and community. Call 265-5600 for appointments.

Check the Today in The Union listing for exact room location.
