Campus road construction winds down

November 1, 2010 By

The 2010 summer construction season on campus is drawing to a close after more than five months of traffic detours and delays. The work on several major utility projects began in mid-May following spring commencement weekend.

Here is the latest news regarding the projects:

• North Park Street from Observatory Drive to University Avenue was reopened to two-way traffic during the weekend.

• Observatory Drive has also been reopened to two-way traffic and the Route 80 and 85 campus buses have resumed their regular routes.

• Langdon Street between Lake and Park streets will remain one-way westbound for most of this month.
