Micro grants now offered to UW-Madison entrepreneurs

The Office of Corporate Relations (OCR) announces the availability of UW–Madison Startup Initiative Micro Grants to assist faculty, staff and student entrepreneurs to build business and financial connections leading to development and growth of their startup companies.

Using a Micro Grant of up to $500, an early-stage campus entrepreneur can offset up to 75 percent of the cost of participating in a conference or a seminar, or joining a business/trade association that will enable the entrepreneur to establish contacts with potential customers, partners and investors for his/her company.
