UW–Madison celebrated the Milwaukee Brewers’ first World Series championship with a splash of team colors on campus buildings.
For the first time ever, the Milwaukee Brewers are World Series champions. After baseball’s best team took down the Tampa Bay Rays on Wednesday, Oct. 28, UW–Madison marked the historic moment by lighting up Camp Randall and Bascom Hall in Brewers blue. Sharing in this statewide celebration are Badger alumni who have played key roles in the Brewers’ success.
