ResNet restored in Eagle Heights, University Houses

ResNet service has been restored in Eagle Heights and University Houses, as of 1 p.m. today (Aug. 7).

A cut fiber resulted in a service outage at 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 6.

Students who had difficulties completing summer session papers or exams as a result of the outage are encouraged to contact their instructors to inform them of the problem and work out accommodations.

In the event that accommodations cannot be reached, students and instructors are advised to contact the Offices of the Dean of Students at (608) 263-5700 or dean@odos.wisc.edu for individual assistance.
