Roundtable announces spring schedule

University Roundtable has announced its schedule for this spring.

On Wednesday, Feb. 13, Caroline Levine, Department of English, will speak about “Provoking Democracy: Why we Need the Arts.”

On Wednesday, March 12, John Magnuson, director emeritus of the Center for Limnology will speak about “Climate Change and Waters of Wisconsin: A Local and Global View.”

On Wednesday, April 2, Chancellor John Wiley will speak about “The View From Bascom: Looking to the Future.”

Buffet lunches begin at 11:45 a.m. in Tripp Commons at the Memorial Union. The cost is $9 per person, or a three-luncheon series price of $25 if paid in full by Tuesday, Feb. 5. Reservations are required, with a reservation deadline of one week prior to each event. Roundtable lunches are open to all members of the university community and their guests.
