The ‘cruelest month’ strikes again with winter storm

A winter storm that combined snow, sleet and rain made getting around — and wardrobe choices — difficult this morning on the University of Wisconsin–Madison campus. This pedestrian chose an umbrella along with a spring jacket. The storm dropped several inches of snow on campus, but temperatures are expected to rise to the 60s early next week. Photo: Jeff Miller
