Starting this year, Wisconsin Union Theater Concert and Performance Series subscribers who cannot attend an event may exchange their tickets for a different Union Theater season event.
This offer is valid for any Concert or Performance Series event remaining during the current season. Subscribers may exchange their tickets for an equal number of tickets to an event in a different series or an equal number of additional tickets for a later event in their own series. The exchange must take place from two weeks to three days before the show they cannot attend and it may be done in person or by mail. Tickets for the performance that cannot be attended must be returned in order to get new tickets. If returned by mail, new tickets will either be sent back to the subscriber or be held for pick-up the night of the show.
Tickets obtained by exchange may not be in the subscriber’s regular seats or location. Offer is subject to ticket availability. Exchange offer is not valid for Kodo during the 2002-03 season. For more information, call the box office, (608) 262-2201.
In response to requests from subscribers, concert program notes will be available on the Web about a week before each concert.
