Subject experts to lead HR Design sessions
The fall 2014 HR Design informational sessions are slated for Oct. 30 and Nov. 3 and 4. Since the inception of HR Design, regular information sessions have been held to keep the UW–Madison campus community fully informed about innovations and progress on the HR Design project.
UW-Madison’s HR Design is a campuswide effort to build a new, more effective personnel system that better serves the needs of the university, its employees and the citizens of Wisconsin as a model public university in the 21st century.
The fall informational sessions will feature four breakout sessions. These sessions will be dedicated to key components of HR Design: Fair Labor Standards Acts/Employee Choice, Performance Management, Grievance and Appeal Rights, and Workplace Flexibility. Subject matter experts in each area will lead discussions and answer questions. Attendees can choose which sessions they want to attend.
