NBA’s Devin Harris to play in Waisman golf benefit

New Jersey Nets basketball player Devin Harris will participate in the Friends of the Waisman Center‘s Golf Benefit on Monday, July 21, at Bishops Bay Country Club, 3500 Bishops Drive, Middleton.

In its 16th year, the event involves more than 100 representatives from area companies and organizations. This year’s proceeds will further the Waisman Center’s ongoing campaign to expand and enhance its clinical programs, which provide specialized services to 2,500 children with developmental disabilities each year.

Harris will be available at Bishops Bay Country Club to take media questions at 11:30 a.m. (prior to the start of play), as will Waisman Center director Marsha Mailick Seltzer.
