Meyerhoff Awards recognize student leadership, service and scholarship

Twenty-nine recipients of the University of Wisconsin–Madison’s Meyerhoff Undergraduate Excellence Awards were recognized at a reception on May 6.

A generous grant from Harvey “Bud” Meyerhoff, a 1948 alumnus of the university, provides awards of $1,000 each to juniors and seniors judged outstanding in the areas of leadership, service and scholarship.

A total of 24 academic and student affairs organizations from across campus selected the recipients. The following students received 2016 Meyerhoff Awards:
