Join us for an Admitted Student Visit Day

December 19, 2007

Students who have been admitted to the university are encouraged to join us for an Admitted Student Visit Day. This full-day program is designed to give admitted freshmen the information and campus perspective they need to make a final college selection.

The 2008 Admitted Student Visit Days will take place on the following Fridays: January 25; February 8, 15, 22, and 29; March 14 and 18; and April 11 and 18.

The Admitted Student Visit Day begins with check-in at 9:45 a.m. and concludes at 3 p.m. While on campus, students and their guests will attend an information session led by an admission counselor, enjoy a complimentary lunch in a campus dining hall with current student hosts, and take an extended campus walking tour.

After the program formally concludes at 3 o’clock, students are encouraged to attend one of our 3:30 p.m. academic information sessions or make individual appointments with campus offices of interest, including the Office of Student Financial Services, University Housing, and the McBurney Disability Resource Center.

The Admitted Student Visit Day program does fill and spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To register, go to www.visitbucky.wisc.edu and click on Freshman Visit Options.
