Get the latest news on changes to HR Design

Three information sessions to update campus on recent changes to HR Design, a campuswide effort to build a more efficient and effective human resource system, are scheduled for December.

The first session will be at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 9, in Microbial Sciences, 1550 Linden Drive. It will be conducted in English only.

A late-night session (in English and translated into Spanish, Tibetan, Mandarin Chinese and Hmong) is scheduled for 11 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 10, in the Health Sciences Learning Center, 750 Highland Ave., and is open to all employees. In addition to the HR Design briefing, leadership from the Division of Facilities, Planning and Management will provide an update on their activities at this session.

The third session (in English and translated into Spanish, Tibetan, Mandarin Chinese and Hmong) is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 11, at the Mosse Humanities Building, 455 N. Park St.

All the sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes. All university employees are welcome to attend without loss of pay. To attend, please schedule with your supervisor.

All rooms are wheelchair accessible. American Sign Language interpretation services are available. Please make your request at least 10 days prior to the event by sending an email to hrdesign@news.wisc.edu.
