Community invited to meet second provost finalist

The campus community will be able to meet the second of two finalists for provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs at a reception on Monday, Feb. 27.

Sue Rosser, dean of the Ivan Allen College of Arts and Sciences at the Georgia Institute of Technology, will be on hand from 4-5 p.m.in the Birge Hall lobby.

Rosser, a professor of public policy and of history, technology and society, has been dean of Ivan Allen since 1999. She has also served as the director of the Center for Women’s Studies and Gender Research at the University of Florida-Gainesville from 1995-99; and the director of Women’s Studies at the University of South Carolina-Columbia from 1986-95.
