University Theatre stages ‘No Exit’

December 7, 2004

The door is open. Any of the three characters is free to leave at any time. None does. One of them observes, “Hell … is other people.”

Clearly, each prefers “No Exit” from their own hell, as rendered in Jean-Paul Sartre’s existential classic. The University Theatre‘s production will continue its run at 7:30 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, Dec. 9-11, in Vilas Hall’s Hemsley Theatre.

Tickets, $16 general/$12 UW–Madison students, are available through the Vilas Hall Box Office, 262-1500.
