Neeon sculpture
Bright lights, big campus
Neon artwork seems to rush at the viewer in a time exposure photo. More than 40 neon and light installations from Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota and New York were on display April 7-8 on the Humanities Building mezzanine. A biennial campus event since 1988, this year’s exhibition was dedicated to George Joseph Cramer, an art student who died unexpectedly this past fall, and the son of George M. Cramer, UW–Madison professor of art.
