Roundtable lunch series program set for fall

September 24, 1998

The 1998 UW Roundtable faculty/staff luncheon series will focus on the university’s past, present and future as part of the UW–Madison sesquicentennial celebration.

Professor Louise Robbins, director of the School of Library and Information Studies and co-chair of the Roundtable series, says the topics are particularly relevant given the great tradition of the Wisconsin Idea of the university in service to Wisconsin, and in exploring what the university will look like in the future to ensure that tradition.

Roundtable reservations should be sent to Heather Rhodes, 418 Memorial Union, or made via email, roundtable@macc.wisc.edu.

The cost for the lunches is $7.91. Reservations must be received by 4 p.m. the Thursday before each presentation.
