More than 100 participants hold glow-light sticks during a nighttime vigil on Library Mall on Oct. 20, 2010. The event was part of “Stop the Silence,” UW–Madison’s LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer) anti-bullying campaign, and coincided with “Wear Purple Day of Remembrance and Memorial.”
