‘Friday Night Tailgate’ coming to UW-Madison

October 8, 2008

Be part of a live program on the Big Ten Network and show your support for the Badgers. From 7-9 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 10, the crew from the Big Ten Network’s “Friday Night Tailgate” will broadcast from campus.

No tickets are necessary to join the crew, which will be set up in the recreation area behind Witte Hall across from the Kohl Center at the corner of Francis and Dayton streets.

Correspondents Jordan Klepper and Steve Waltien, from Second City Comedy Improv in Chicago, will highlight the campus atmosphere for a national television audience. They are looking for a lot of Badger fans to liven up the show.

Visit the “Friday Night Tailgate” Web site to meet the cast, enter the Ro*Tel Ultimate Tailgate Package Sweepstakes, upload your Big Ten tailgate videos and check out video from last week’s episode at Purdue.

You can make signs, bring instruments or just wear red, but come on down to cheer on the Badgers and be part of the action.
