Employee Appreciation Ice Cream Social event moves to Birge Hall

With thunderstorms forecasted for tomorrow, May 6, the Employee Appreciation Ice Cream Social has been moved inside to the lobby of Birge Hall.

The event will start at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, and continue until supplies run out. All university employees are invited.

Bucky Badger will make an appearance to greet employees and thank them for the work they perform on behalf of the university.

Several flavors of award-winning Babcock ice cream, including Strawbiddy Swirl, will be served, and alternatives will be available for those with special dietary concerns.

The celebrity scoopers will include administrators, deans and directors, who are collectively funding the event.
