All-Campus Party celebrates end of school year

April 19, 2007

All-Campus Party (ACP) 2007, hosted by the Wisconsin Alumni Student Board (WASB), will take place from Saturday, April 21-Saturday, April 28, and feature a variety of cost-free, alcohol-alternative events for University of Wisconsin–Madison students.

ACP events include All-Campus Idol, Breakfast with Bucky, Bucky's State Fair, Club Bucky, Wear Red, Get Fed! pizza lunch and the Badger Blowout Concert featuring Ben Kweller, presented by UW Credit Union.

ACP attendees have the opportunity to win giveaways ranging from a Nintendo Wii to a mountain bike to a trip to California.

All ACP events are for UW–Madison students, faculty and staff only. A valid UW–Madison student ID is required for admission to Club Bucky. Advanced free tickets are available with a valid UW–Madison student ID at the State Street UW Credit Union for the Badger Blowout Concert. Students must present the free ticket and valid UW–Madison student ID upon admission to the concert.

"This year we really want to make the All-Campus Party an 'all-campus' party by getting as many students involved through a variety of ways," says ACP co-director Ben Fiechtner. "To do this, we have encouraged even more student organizations to get involved. We have events being thrown by groups ranging from the Badger Cheese Club to the Wisconsin Greek Community."
