Friends and family are invited to gather at the tower, located on Observatory Drive near the Social Sciences Building. Carillonneur Lyle Anderson will perform portions of individual musical selections. A moment of silence will follow the selection to commemorate the life of each student. The memorial tribute will conclude with “Varsity.”

The Carillon Tower is a campus landmark and the cumulative gift of the graduating classes of 1917 to 1926. Anderson has been the UW carillonneur since 1986.
